Casey's haircut for the Little Princess Trust! · 27 May 2015

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

Casey Marie Blake is 6 years old and has fairly long, blonde hair.

"I want to cut my hair off and give it to poorly children who don't have any of their own hair left. Mine's too long and it will make them feel a bit better"

Casey is having her hair cut short on Wednesday 27th May by her auntie, Katie Blake. We will then send her ponytail off the next day to the Little Princess Trust, along with a letter explaining that Casey is trying to raise money for them too.

The Little Princess Trust uses donated hair to make wigs and hair pieces for children who have lost their own hair through illness and treatment. It takes at least 6 donations to make one wig.

Her original target of £10.00 has already been smashed! Which she was really shocked but delighted with. She is so very grateful to everyone who is and will be, sponsoring her.
