We train Medical Alert & Bio Detection Dogs to save lives by detecting human disease

Story

In 2006 my lovely husband died of the most treatable form of cancer there is at just 41 years old. Malignant Melanoma - skin cancer - is 98% survivable if caught early but those statistics are reversed if found late.

When I first found out about medical detection dogs I just knew I had to help. They are already doing amazing work - these dogs saves lives daily of people with Diabetes & Addison's disease but the research into early cancer diagnosis with dogs really touched my heart.

I've set my target at £10,000 as this is how much it costs to fully train one dog. Currently there is a 5 year waiting list for a detection dog. The more money we raise the sooner some one else may have their life saved - not theorectically in some years but in reality now.
