Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.

In my wife's wisdom to keep me alive after having a cardiac arrest 💔 at the age of 26 while training to do my 4th London Marathon, she has made it very clear that to train for another event such as this would be very silly and most likely end in my death! 😱

So to get around this minor detail 😂 i have decided to take part in 2 half Marathons on consecutive weekends.

The first one will take place at the Cardiff half Marathon on Sunday October 1st 2017 followed then by completing the Royal Parks half Marathon in London on Sunday 8th October 2017.

While completing this challenge I have decided to raise some much needed funds for NSPCC. Anyone with children knows how important it is for them to feel safe and secure in their own home's, this unfortunately is not always possible for everyone. The NSPCC helps children recover from many forms of abuse with support in a safe and confidential way.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
