When Lucinda Field and her family lost Alice, their much-loved daughter, sister and granddaughter to CHD in 2013, they created Youth at Heart to provide support to young adults living with CHD.
Youth at Heart funded and employed youth workers focused on the Southwest of England and South Wales. To help fulfil their ambition to roll out the initiative nationally, it was decided that Youth at Heart would merge with Somerville Heart Foundation.
In order for the service to continue we need amazing people to raise awareness and funds.
