Story
We as a university community have reached a new level of need. Our students are dealing with issues associated with housing and moving expenses, food insecurities, transportation, resources required for remote learning, and other related basic needs.
We are leaning on our Winthrop family to help our students navigate this disheartening period. We are all adjusting to a new normal and I know there are many people, including Winthrop students, who are in need right now, said Interim President George W. Hynd. For those that are able, the Student Emergency & Assistance Fund is one way you can provide some hope to students who need emergency relief immediately.
Your SUPPORT at any level will quickly reach those students in need. For more information on Winthrop's response to the public health crisis, please visit the Winthrop COVID-19 website for updates.
