Story
Our village priest, Tim Hardingham, was struck down and killed by a car on 25 October 2020. He was a central figure in the village, in the community as much as in the congregation. His vision was to preserve the ancient church building and to develop it sensitively to preserve its heritage and to serve future generations, believers and non-believers. Tributes have come from all of the communities that he served, as schoolteacher, priest and community leader, as well as from friends and family. His most ambitious vision was to make the church building, with its rich heritage of features from centuries past, a living monument that could serve the present and the future. This is what we hope, with your help, to achieve in his memory.
