What you can do?
As if being stuck in lockdown with each other wasn't tough enough already why not add a bit of humour and spend the day three-legged. Be careful who you pick to partner with as you are stuck with them for the day! Set up your Just Giving page and spread the word of your challenge.
Why we need support?
Here at Norfolk and Waveney Mind we are busier than ever, 60% of adults and young people who did not experience poor mental health before the pandemic are now experiencing mental health issues. We want to be there for as many people as we can.
What you get?
Whatever activity you choose for our 'Fun-raising Fortnight' you are supporting your own Mental Health as all of our fundraisers for this sit within at least one category of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. You'll also be raising much needed funds for those helped by Norfolk and Waveney Mind.
