In memory of Terri Schmit, a proud mother and grandmother affectionately known as "Grammy," who cherished spending time with her grandchildren, we gather to support a cause close to our hearts—the MED13L Foundation. This foundation offers hope and assistance to those impacted by MED13L Syndrome, a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects a close friend of her grandchildren. The Schmit Family has supported this Foundation, recognizing its vital role in aiding those with MED13L Syndrome, characterized by developmental delays, intellectual disability, and a spectrum of challenges. Led by dedicated parents, the MED13L Foundation aims to improve the lives of children and families grappling with this condition.
