Southcoast Health is a not-for-profit healthcare system serving Southeastern MA and RI from the start of Cape Cod, through the Rhode Island border. Our nearly 8,000 providers and staff work diligently to provide clinical excellence and a uniquely caring experience to every life we touch.

This year, Team Southcoast members will be fundraising for one of four options:

~Southcoast Health's Annual Fund- Annual Fund are "where needed most" dollars. These support the operation of our healthcare system.

~Southcoast Health at Home- Formerly Southcoast VNA, our Health at Home division provides home care and hospice services directly to more than 9,000 individuals annually in their home. Our care teams foster health improvements, prevent disease and disability, and offer compassionate end of life care.

~Cancer Center - Our dedicated team of cancer care experts utilize cutting-edge technology and advanced treatments to elevate care standards locally, ensuring you receive top-tier treatment without the need for extensive travel

~Heart and Vascular Center- With a cutting-edge cardiovascular program, Southcoast Health performs life-saving procedures every day at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Our providers deliver compassionate, personal care to every patient.

Each Team Southcoast member has chosen a cause close to their hearts. Every dollar raised will support the work Southcoast Health does here in the community.
