The David and Leighan Rinker Center for Experiential Learning at Palm Beach Atlantic offers cross-cultural opportunities that enhance students’ intellectual curiosity, reflection, and leadership skills for global engagement. Each year, over 200 PBA students participate in a variety of academic and service-related travel experiences across the globe that significantly contribute to their personal, academic, and professional growth.

The “Class Abroad” Scholarship Fund helps make short-term, faculty-led study abroad programs more accessible to students. Led by familiar PBA professors, these programs offer a more personalized learning experience with smaller groups that foster meaningful connections with fellow students and local communities. These impactful programs allow PBA students to gain global experience and develop lifelong skills like adaptability, creative problem-solving, cultural awareness, and empathy.
