We are so excited to launch our very first Mental Elf Festive Fun Run!

On Sunday 1st December a crowd of jolly Elves will be lacing up their trainers and taking on our Festive Fun Run. Taking place at Marble Hill Park in Twickenham, this is an event for everyone which focuses on bringing people together, not only to fundraise, but to raise awareness for mental health and wellbeing. It promotes the benefits of physical activity, connecting with people and doing something to help others.

1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind at any one time in England. In the Borough of Richmond this amounts to 48,750 people.

We know the festive season can be a tough time for many, and demand for our services increases significantly. By supporting Mental Elf you will be making a real difference to your local community. Every pound raised helps us reach more people and ensure no one faces mental health challenges alone.
