This April we invite you all to support our Race Across Yorkshire fundraiser to support local neurodiverse children in mental health crisis.
The SEN crisis is hitting local children and their families hard, feeling like they are in the wrong for needing extra support for their children.
Bullying, sensory overload, burnout are all knocking these children’s confidence and self worth.
But more than this, they feel isolated, rejected from friendship groups, suspended from schools, labelled the trouble maker and made to feel they are the problem.
At Autism Angels we believe everyone has a place in this world and in the right environment for each individual everyone can thrive.
The school system isn’t suitable for all anymore, some of us think differently, some are over coming horrific traumas and some of us need to need to move around and be in quieter environments.
But one thing stands for ALL children and that is a need to feel safe and that they belong.
This is what we offer at Autism Angels, somewhere to find your tribe, meet your individual needs and follow your unique path lead from a place of passion and purpose.
Everyone deserves a life filled with love, happiness and to feel that they belong. We walk every step of the way with our parents too making sure the whole family heal together.
The Autism Angels community is thriving and we are here to welcome new families that need a trauma informed approach, based on a 60 acre farm surrounded by nature and animals just outside Harrogate.

Inspired by Race Across the World, this exciting team adventure will challenge groups to navigate across North Yorkshire using strategy, teamwork and creativity — all while raising vital funds to support neurodiverse children and their families.
Teams of 2–4 people will journey between a series of mystery checkpoints across North Yorkshire, planning their own routes and making smart travel decisions along the way. At each checkpoint, you’ll unlock your next destination.
Whether you're in it for the challenge or the experience, there are two ways to take part:
-Fitness Version – perfect for those wanting to push themselves
-Family Version – designed for all ages to enjoy together
