The National Student Nurses Association (NSNA) is a critical resource for nursing students as they prepare to enter professional nursing, offering numerous professional development events and providing opportunities for mentorship. This year, the School of Nursing hopes to raise $10,000 to cover costs for students who wish to take part in the annual NSNA conference so that PBA's future nurses can enhance their education and bring PBA’s nursing program into the national spotlight. The School of Nursing Professional Development Fund will help make it possible for these students to attend future NSNA national and state conferences by covering some of the costs for travel and event registration.
