The Orkney Christmas Tractor Run returns for it's fourth year! Whilst enjoying an evening of an exciting and colourful display, we also hope to raise important funds and awareness for two very worthy, local charities. Read more about them below.

Orkney Prostate Awareness

Orkney Prostate Awareness is a local charity which was established in 2023 with the aim of providing emotional support and financial aid for those affected by prostate issues in Orkney, in addition to sharing information, support, advice and experiences.

They have held regular & well supported 'Parish Cuppas' visiting many Orkney parishes and isles for a fun cuppa & serious blether.

Together they aim to help Orkney men and their families by continuing to raise prostate issue awareness.

Orkney Kidney Patient Association

OKPA aim to promote awareness & support throughout Orkney for the welfare of persons suffering from kidney disease or renal failure, and those relatives or friends who care for them.

Their aim is to support the Renal Unit in Orkney by trying to ensure that the patients' comfort is priority. Whilst they are on dialysis the time they have to spend in the unit is usually 4 or 5 hours, 3 days every week. OKPA also aim to support the initial time away from Orkney when patients first start dialysis.
