The world was brought to a standstill as news broke on Feb. 24 that Russia had invaded Ukraine. The situation in Ukraine is actively evolving, as are the needs of citizens in the country and neighboring regions.

As with any crisis, women, children, marginalized communities, and the poor will be those most affected. Ukrainian parents are already taking heartbreaking measures to protect their children including sending them into school wearing stickers identifying their blood types in case of bombings.

Across the UK, local communities are crowdfunding to buy essential items to deliver to Ukrainian refugees.

With your support, collectively we can provide them with much needed essential's such as blankets, pillows, sleeping bags, bed linen, tents, warm and thermal clothing, first aid kits, bandages, painkillers, nappies, toiletries, torches with batteries, toothbrushes, toothpaste and toys.
