Mental Elf is a 5K Festive Fun Run designed to boost community spirit and mental wellbeing, whilst also raising money for our children and young people's mental health service.
Mental Elf 2025 will take place at Conyngham Hall, Knaresborough HG5 9AY on 30th November 2025.
Mental Elf is a family friendly event and we welcome runners (and walkers) of all abilities, as well as children and corporate teams. You can also bring your furry friend (but please keep them on a short lead).

Mind in Harrogate District is an independent local charity founded in 1973, affiliated with National Mind and the Mind Federation. We exist to provide a quality community-based service accessible to those who need support with their mental health and wellbeing.
We are fundraising for our mental health service for children and young people in the Harrogate District.
