Story
The South Tees Hospitals Charity is appealing for fundraisers to spread the love this Valentines Day by sending a virtual message of love and hope to NHS colleagues.
Valentines Day is usually associated with declarations of love, cards and flowers, but the charity hopes donors will also show their affection and appreciation for our hard-working NHS staff at The South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (The Friarage Hospital) by sending in a message of why you love the NHS.
Donors can say thank you why they love the NHS or provide morale boosting messages of support to our incredible NHS workers from just £2.
Ben Murphy, Head of South Tees Hospitals Charity said, It has been a difficult start to 2021, but we have the perfect opportunity for you to show our hardworking NHS colleagues that you care. Sending in a message of love to our NHS workers is easy and quick to do and will provide the little pick-me-up our staff may need to spur them on during such challenging times. The public have been with us every step of the way during the Coronavirus pandemic, which is truly humbling. Were looking forward to seeing our Hospital lit up with blue hearts of messages.
All the funds raised will help to boost the charity, which raises funds to provide the extra special, added extras to improve care for more than one million people across our region.
Together we do the amazing.
