Every day, thousands of girls in Malawi miss school for one simple reason: they cannot afford basic sanitary products.

Without them, girls stay home for up to a week every month — falling behind in their studies and losing confidence.

This International Women’s Day, we are raising funds to provide the 200 vulnerable schoolgirls we support each year, with dignity packs that will allow them to stay in school, protect their health, and continue their education.

🎒 What is a dignity pack?

Each pack contains essential items a girl needs to manage her period safely and with dignity, including:

• Reusable sanitary pads

• Underwear

• Soap and hygiene supplies

These packs can last for years — making them one of the most effective, low-cost ways to keep girls in education. We will also provide classes in menstrual health in partnership with our Malawi partner WOLREC and the eight schools we support.

Educating girls is one of the most powerful ways to reduce poverty, improve health outcomes, and strengthen communities.
