It is an unprecedented time for our country, with most large-scale fundraising events either cancelled or postponed and we've been overwhelmed by the support for your NHS with many asking What can I do to help? so today were launching our Hospital Heroes Challenge.

All of our challenges take place over 4 weeks, and by joining in with our fundraising challenges and donating your sponsorship you will not only help to boost morale but also ensure that staff across our hospitals are able to face these coming weeks knowing you are right behind them.

A Sponsored Bake! Looking to get creative in the kitchen? Create and Complete your Baking Bucket List in only 4 weeks.

A Fast Paced Reading Challenge - Lets expand our minds! Can you complete the challenge of reading 1 book a week?

A Sponsored Walk. The distance between the City Hospital and QMC is only 4.5 miles Can you complete this distance once a week for 4 weeks? That's a total of 18 miles!

A sponsored running Challenge. How can you complete a marathon without any training?! By taking our mile a day Marathon Challenge! You can reach that finish line in under 4 weeks.

A sponsored Hair growing challenge! Who needs to shave when you're social distancing anyway?! Grow a Crazy style, dye it a funky colour, all we're saying is Brave the NO shave!

When asked, make sure you select you are Doing your Own thing

The Event Type is an Appeal for Charity

Enter the Event name ie. Baking Bucket List, Mile a Day Marathon etc.

Set your own fundraising web address make it something you can remember to tell friends and family.

Answer the important questions and away you go!
