Visit the charity's profileYOUR TREMEDOUS SUPPORT will enable the Hospice to continue to be there for patients in their homes, providing outstanding support and therapy to help reduce pain and manage symptoms. To support patients and loved ones with Dementia; providing weekly activities to give some normality, reduce social isolation and peer support group, rest bite for carers as well as accessing additional support, benefits and finances. Our Clinical Teams are there to support families through the most difficult of times with bereavement and this is only possible because of YOU.
