To support the campaign we are asking you to "Go Yellow" and donate £1. Our Sartori Stores will also be taking part in the Hospice UK Window Dressing competition, Hospice movement badges will be available in selected stores across Pembrokeshire and there will be two Hospice at Home Awareness and Advanced Care Planning presentations amongst other activities throughout the week.
