Help us spread joy and hamper-ness!

Be a Secret Santa in this year's From ME to You campaign. The best way to spread happiness and festive cheer is by donating, so we can send double the hampers this year!

Over 250,00 people in the UK have ME, 25% of them severely. They are supported by a vast community of unpaid unsung Carers.

The community that supports those with ME is undervalued and under supported, working for free most of the time to help their friends or family member.

This small gesture of goodwill is funded by donations and will support a Member directly by rewarding their Carer via the MEA.

The ME Association campaigns hard to get ME recognised as a severe neurological illness. Our helpline provides essential information and support to adults and children who have ME/CFS, and to their families and carers. We also fund biomedical research into the physical nature and causes of ME/CFS.
