The ABP Southampton Marathon provides a fab, mostly flat route including coast, city and park views. It offers 10k, half marathon and full marathon so there's really something for every runner! Join Team Communicare in Southampton in raising vital funds for those most in need across our city.

With tens of thousands of runners, this is an exciting event to be a part of and all the while knowing you are raising funds to help hundreds of vulnerable people overcome isolation and hardship.

Communicare in Southampton is a good neighbours charity helping people across the city of Southampton. Last year, our amazing volunteers touched the lives of 860 people, covering some 2,800 tasks including face-to-face befriending, telephone befriending, transport to medical appointments, shopping for those who are housebound, collecting prescriptions and DIY & gardening. We are delighted to be offering regular lunch clubs and tea parties and a postal project too!

Our volunteers make a real difference in helping to ease loneliness and isolation in Southampton.
