Story

BNENC provide emergency food and hygiene packs to our most vulnerable members of our community.

When making their application many of our residents are at their lowest they have ever been and our food bank is a safety line for many.

Over the last few months we have noticed a dramatic increase in demand for our services. In order to ensure we can meet the additional demand we need to raise an additional £6,500 for our food bank.

All donations will go in to the food bank not in to running costs.

The Breckfield & North Everton Neighbourhood Council (BNENC) is a Community based Voluntary Organisation that provides practical help, advice, support and training to some of the 15,000 residents in one of the most deprived area’s in the country. BNENC provides its residents with access to training on employability, personal development, volunteers training, developing strategies, IT & Computers etc. Breckfield and North Everton are inner City Communities with a major lack of resources and a high rate of crime, high unemployment, poor housing, poor health etc. BNENC and its Volunteers have identified a number of strategies that will help reduce or combat the problems faced by Breckfield residents. Income deprivation also means that there are a large number of social problems experienced by this community. BNENC relies heavily upon donation and charitable trusts – please help support our work and our residents.
