Visit the charity's profileAcross Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Peterborough there are thousands upon thousands of people looking after a family member or friend who is ill or disabled. Many of them are caring for someone 24/7. Their husband, wife, partner, daughter, son, mother, father, sister, brother or friend may have a terminal illness. They may have dementia, or have suffered a stroke. They could have a learning disability or mental health problem. Whatever the cause, as a result they have become an unpaid carer. But caring can be very challenging. It can be isolating, overwhelming, exhausting and very stressful. Caring Together is a local charity that supports these unpaid carers, providing desperately needed support.
