Story

On the 21st of September, Patrick Kelly will be taking on a Guinness World Record attempt at the 2022 World Ploughing Championships.

He will be attempting to drive his tractor and trailer IN REVERSE for 50 Kilometers! If that is not difficult enough, he is doing it in a 60-year-old Massey Ferguson with no power steering. The current world record is 44.40 kilometers which was set in Modasa, India, on 21 August 2018.

Patrick will be using the event to fundraise for Cancer Care at St James's Hospital and has set himself an incredible target of raising €100,000.

All of the proceeds will be used to purchase new equipment for the Oncology Department at St James's Hospital.

We would be thrilled if you would consider supporting this very worthy cause.
