Story
We know our work with horses improves mental health when talking therapies arent working and we have started to follow on with nature-based learning and working towards qualifications.
By offering longer term support and qualifications to people with mental health difficulties we can do more to help people back into their communities, back to school and back to work.
Building our Peace and Purpose garden will be a huge part of this growing veg for lunch whilst practicing work skills within a trusted and safe environment, in the beauty of nature.
The National Lottery are paying for the boring bits like turning our horrible slurry pit into a car park, tracks and fencing, drainage and an outdoor arena for our equine-assisted work, we just need an extra £15,000 to build a vegetable garden, fencing and to put the staffing in place so we can help many more people.
£5 pays for lots of seeds
£10 pays for a metre of fencing
£15 pays for a digger driver for an hour
£20 pays for tools
£80 pays for a raised vegetable bed
PLEASE DONATE IF YOU CAN!
