The goal of the SYNGAP1 UK Family Meetup is to empower families and stress the importance of their involvement in driving forward research. The aim is to provide support, education, and resources. Families will take away valuable knowledge intended to reach treating clinicians of SYNGAP1 patients and give families and caregivers a sound knowledge base of the disease and how to best approach available treatments.

We are looking forward to this year's Family Meetup - this meeting will not only help families of loved ones with SYNGAP1, but will help open doors to possible treatments for overlapping disorders linked to SYNGAP1.
