Exercise is fun in 2021! On asking my members to set their goals for 2021 - my goal was to get them healthier and fitter. I feel quite passionate that the fitter we can be the more chance we have to cope with the virus if we should be unlucky enough to get it. So as an extra to online classes I already run, I am running a four week course to start on Monday 18th January 2021. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am, I will be running a 20 minute class - suitable for beginners to advanced. Great way for keeping the Lockdown Weight Down! The cost is £20 for the course and the funds raised with be donated to The Nightingale Cancer Support Centre. Great present to give someone!!
