<p>I am going out to Ethiopia to volunteer in conjunction with my employer Cass Business School this August 2011. Cass Business School has supported this charity throughout the year and sends 2 staff members and 2 Cass students each summer to teach the children English. I have been given the amazing opportunity to go to Addis Ababa and also to Leliabela in the North of Ethiopia to offer my support by teaching the Children and organising various fun activities and workshops for their summer school. I am also helping out organising the summer football camp.</p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Hanna’s Orphanage is a small charity dedicated to helping the lives of children less fortunate than us. Hanna Teshome set up this orphanage, after being asked to take on a child orphaned by HIV. The orphanage grew from there and now there are over 300 children that are supported by this charity throughout Ethiopia. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">The children come from very difficult backgrounds with many of their parents dying of aids or in prison. What is unique about this charity is that EVERY penny that is donated is given solely to the benefit of the children and nothing is taken out for the running of this charity or the upkeep of the people running it. We can tell you exactly where your money goes should you wish to donate.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">We are all volunteers, and the money that is donated goes to what the children need; a roof over their head, food to eat and an education.</span> <span style="color: #000000;">Thank you so much on behalf of the Children and this Charity. </span> </p>
