I will be taking part in the great north run 2008 and will complete the run with a

household fridge strapped to my back. I will be raising funds for the charity

HELP FOR HEROES a charity set up to aid military personnel wounded on

active service in Afghanistan and Iraq. We should take pride in the achievements

of our armed forces who enter into any deployment with the professionalism and

courage that has earned them the reputation of being the best in the world.

Please help me raise funds for this worthy cause . Contrary to the PC brigade

it is not a crime to be proud to be british
