Cycling 2000 miles in 22 days

Thanks for taking the time to visit the BUCS JustGiving page.

Right To Play month is taking place in universities all over the UK in March.

As part of Right to Play month BUCS staff have decided to cycle approximately 2000 miles from London to Mali, Africa.

Two Elevation bikes from Life Fitness will be set up in the BUCS office. The total number of miles rode on each bike will be combined to reach our target.

This gives BUCS staff 22 working days to cycle approximately 2000 miles in total. The challenge will be split into 30 minute sessions with as many staff members contributing on a daily basis as possible.

Karen Rothery, Chief Executive of BUCS commented on the challenge:

“Last year BUCS and its universities really got behind the idea to bring play back to thousands of disadvantaged children around the globe. This year we want to double our efforts with Right To Play and help thousands more."

Please give generously so that as much money as possible can be raised for such a good cause.
