My personal message:

Dean and I decided we needed a challenge. After much deliberation and a few light ales we opted for a cycle ride across the South Downs Way.

For anyone who doesn't know, The South Downs Way is one of Britain's National Trails and runs for around 100 miles from Winchester to Eastbourne. We're aiming to cycle the entire distance over the last bank holiday weekend in May. May be over two days, but realistically over three.
