On Saturday 19th July 2014 Shaz, Hayls and Nat, friends and colleagues at Bespoke Construction, will be taking part in the Pretty Muddy Race for Life in Cofton Park, Birmingham.

Will we get round this 5k obstacle course ??!! Well, with your support and kind donations this certainly will be pushing us on to nail this course and show cancer who's boss.

So please dig deep and give as much as you can, every penny counts.
