Since retiring from playing football I always wanted to set myself a personal challenge to raise money for a very worthy cause.  The opportunity came up with the Football League Youth Development who I now work for, as their South West Regional Manager.

Every year they have a chosen charity and this year is Marie Curie Cancer Care.

My aim is to visit all 14 Football League Clubs that I work with, in and around the South West by bicycle between 6th - 15th May 2011!!  This covers Clubs such as; Shrewsbury,  Exeter, Yeovil, Torquay, Swindon, Cheltenham and Plymouth to name but a few.  I will cover approx. 850 miles and my plan is to do this in a continuous 10 day cycle.
