Story

On Friday 26th July, members of the Black Knights Drum and Bugle Corps will set off from their HQ in Northfleet and undertake an 82 mile walk. Covering 3 days, each day will consist of a 27.2 mile walk then sleep over night en route in tents. The group aim to reach Eastbourne Pier on Sunday evening at 20:30. The aim of the walk is to raise funds for our performance group. This will enable us to maintain and improve the service we offer and in turn allow young children to benefit from a perform arts education we offer. We also hope to raise the profile of the Black Knights and gain exposure to a wider audience and promote our activity.

Please help us in our quest to raise money to assist in the development of creative and emotional skills for children through group learning and individual performances.

About the charity

The Black Knights teaches young people to read music, play instruments and develop their musical education. The teachers are dedicated to giving children the gift of music by delivering affordable and inclusive lessons and sharing their love of performing arts.
