We provide emergency critical care to 2.1m people of Bristol & local counties

Story

In 2006 my Girlfriend, (Beth Secker) and I were travelling to our holiday when our car was struck by a boy racer. Beth was sadly killed (as were two other people) and I was taken to hospital with a number of injuries including a traumatic brain injury.

I spent four month in hospital learning to walk, talk and ride a bike again. When I was discharged as an inpatient I continued to receive treatment thought the outpatient brain injury unit.

I still suffer a number of symptoms from the accident but am very grateful to all that firstly saved my life and secondly rehabilitated me.

The first people to save me were the Air Ambulance Service as they were the ones who rapidly took me to hospital for the life saving care I urgently needed.

They saved my life and I am cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats to raise sponsorship money. Please sponsor me so that they can continue to save lives - possibly even yours one day.
