<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt;">The Emily Ash Trust is a small charity that aims to improve the lives of children with cancer and their families. Since 2002 their staff have been working on a voluntary basis to <span style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px;">raise awareness of the need for more bone marrow donors and funds to enable the lives of parents, carers and siblings of sick children to enjoy some sort of normality during such a difficult time.</span></span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt;"> </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">I completed the 'Tri-for-Life' Triathlon on July 10th in a time of 1:24:18 (400m swim, 20k bike, 5k run) and then (just about) managed to get round the Berlin marathon course at the end of September. <span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px;"></span></span></span></p>
