I am gong to be cycling a 50 mile route around the local area with my Dad to raise money for Crohn's and Colitis UK as my Gran has Crohn's Disease and my Uncle Ian has just been diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis.  

The route that I have chosen will go around Roadford Lake to Lewtrenchard back over Roadford, I will then be going around Ashwater and out to Clawton, to Holsworthy and back towards North Tamerton and back to Halwill again.  It is going to be a tough, hilly route but all for a very good cause.
