Listen I love my hair, I am a professional footballer and image is important to me. More important to me is my family and friends. My Uncle Scott was recently diagnosed with secondary cancer. As devastating as this is, he is determined to fight this all the way and I want to show my support for him by doing whatever I can.

As I said, I spend quite a bit of time on my hair each day however I will quite happily shave my hair off if we can reach the target of £1500 to support Marie Curie Cancer Care in the wonderful work they do in caring for terminally ill cancer patients.

Some of my fellow pro's at Dundee United have been giving me stick about how I will look with my hair shaved off and I have even agreed to let Johnny Russell shave my hair off if the target we raise reaches £2000.

If you can spare anything at all then please do so. Marie Curie Cancer Care do so much to help make the quality of life for cancer sufferers that little bit better and with your help, we can donate money that will help them achieve their goals.
