Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We lost Martin, my step-father, unexpectedly in October 2017.  He was fine one minute and gone the next and all because he had cancer of the liver.  He supported me over the years and on his passing I was left with a sense that I never really said ‘thank you’ in a way that carried the full weight of what it meant to me.  

Having completed a run from Land’s End to John O’Groats then running the length of Europe (north to south) last winter, I wasn’t going to be sitting back and relaxing in 2018.  I know he would have been there, supporting me in the background so I’m dedicating a whole year of adventures to his memory and saying thanks by raising money for Cancer Research UK.
