Following our very successful inaugural event in 2008 we are back - by popular demand! 

Sunday 14th June from 10.00am

Come and join our sponsored cycle ride through the beautiful Royal Deeside countryside and help support vunerable children in Scotland whilst having fun. Come on your own, bring a team from work, a gang from school, a group of friends, or all your family...all will be most welcome!

There will be two circular routes available plus a mini off road event for younger children.

Route 1  -  16 road miles

Route 2  -   30 road and cycle route miles 

Both these routes will be marshalled, have water and snack stops and will have roving, highly qualified first-aiders - for your safety. There will also be a bike breakdown/collection service should you need it! (To be kindly provided by Cycle Highlands of Ballater who will also supply bikes etc to hire at reduced rates, should you need to.)

Now all the family can have a fun day out on their bikes whether on public roads or on a private one!

Entry fees - 16 and over - £8.00 / 10 - 15yrs - £5.00 / Under 10's - £2.00

Cycle helmets to be worn by everyone please, whilst taking part.

All under 16yr olds to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times - whether out on the road or on the Balmoral Estate.

The day's fun all begins and ends on the magnificent Balmoral Estate where, following completion of your chosen route we will be providing BBQ facilities and cooks for a "bring your own food" BBQ. You bring the food of your choice in a cool box - we will store it until your return - when your food will be cooked to order - mmm...or bring a picnic if you prefer!

Please come and join us - we will be delighted to see you - fancy dress optional!

Pre registration is required as you will require a free entry pass for the Balmoral Estate to be sent to you prior to the event.
