Story

Thanks for visiting the Gôl fundraising page for Bakuorbust.

Towards the end of May 2009,  over 30 Wales Footballl Supporters will be traveling by land from the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff to aim to reach Baku in time to watch Wales play Azerbaijan on 6th June in a World Cup Qualifier. On the way we will be visiting 20 orphanages, donating gifts and aid to the children at these many homes in Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Georgia and of course Azerbaijan.

£5 will help buy nappies for mentally hadicapped children at the Saray Orphanage in Azerbaijan

£10 will help buy school books for children at the Al.G.Kodzhakafaliyata Orphanage in Burgas, Bulgaria.

£15 will help buy a football kit for children at an orphanage in Bucharest, Romania.

£20 will help buy toothbrushes and toothpaste for children at an orphanage in Kutaisi, Georgia for a year.

£25 will help fund equipment in the relaxation room at the Rainman's Home for Austistic Children in Vienna.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Gol gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor Gôl now!
