I am Ellie Mayhew and I am 13 years old, I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease when I was 6. At school we had to choose a house charity by presenting our ideas in assembly. I chose CICRA and it won the votes of my house members; this means we (Ormerodians) will be raising money in different events throughout the years.

 CICRA means a lot to me and my family as they support us and help us through hard times. They organise special days for families in the same situation as us, I really love this as I can meet people just like me. CICRA is not only special to me, but to many other children in the UK.

I hope we will get lots of donations :)
