Thank you for supporting me to take part in Memory Walk this year and raise much needed funds for Alzheimer's Society. My family and I have chosen to take part in this event following the passing of my Grandmother in April. We want to give back to an organisation who can make such a difference to other families in a similar position to what we were in.  

All of the money I raise will help support people living with dementia and their families, so your donation will make a huge difference.

Just £50 will pay for someone with dementia to go to a Dementia Café session every week for a month, where they can meet others, share experiences and feel less isolated. And the more I raise, the bigger the difference it will make.
