Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Rock UK's work in the outdoors takes people to places in their lives they'd never imagined they would be: dangling over abseils, doing combat with foils, and demonstrating the beauty and power of God. He doesn't just live in churches, you know!

Most sponsored challenges involve feats of endurance or athleticism that would make the fittest of us take a deep breath - so I'm opting for something different. In the next two weeks, I'm going to commit to memory Psalms 120-134 from the Bible: 15 psalms in 14 days, or 99 verses in total (English Standard Version).

One of my fellow trainees will then film me giving a recitation of these psalms as we come to the close of our 2011 training. It's a chance for me to add to my support, but add to my faith and walk with God as well.
