<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">As I decided several weeks ago to run the Jerusalem half-marathon, it was no more than a personal challenge and an excuse to go home for a week. I spent time thinking about raising some money, going as far as asking for suggestions for charities, and then never did anything about it. </span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">But events of the last few days have made the decision for me. </span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">The Fogel family of Itamar, Parents Udi and Ruth, and three of their children, Yoav (11), Elad (4) and Hadas (3 months old), were brutally murdered in a terrorist attack as they slept in their own home on Friday night. Three other children, Tamar (12), Ro&rsquo;i (8) and two-year-old Yishai survive, and are left orphaned and grieving. </span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">I don&rsquo;t know these children, I am not related to them, but they are my children, my family. As they grieve, I mourn with them, and as they rebuild their lives, I wish to be at least the tiniest of building blocks.</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><a title="One Family" href="http://onefamilyuk.org" target="_blank">One Family</a> is a charity dedicated to helping the victims of terror in Israel and their families.
