Somehow in a moment of madness I and a small team of other like minded thrill seekers (*cough*) have decided were going to jump out of a plane (well, get pushed-its a tandem) in April of 2009 in order to raise the much needed funds for our charity Animals In Need Northamptonshire.

Woohoo!! We done it we had the time of our lives Big thankyou to every kind&generous person who sponsored anyone in the group.

We are a voluntary organisation dedicated to rescuing sick, injured, trapped and distressed wild and domestic animals.

We provide veterinary treatment where necessary, care for and rehabilitate animals until they can be released or re-homed.

Animals In Need was set up in 1990, the aim of the organization is alleviate suffering in animals.

In the years we have been established, we have acquired a fully equipped animal ambulance, two water crafts and trailers for transportation, plus the usual first aid essentials. Although our first aid equipment is adequate it is regularly updated to current standards.

We are a rescue organization run solely by volunteers, attending animal casualties in the Northamptonshire area. We attend to both domestic and wild animals, and in 1999 were asked by Northamptonshire Police to work with them attending road traffic accidents and out of hours emergencies.
