I did it

Thanks for looking at this page.  I cycled 360 miles for the 'Help for Heroes'  charity in the last week of may 2008.  H4H is an excellent charity which gives direct support to our injured servicemen - people who truly deserve the best support that can be given. 

The injured servicemen who completed the challenge were a true inspiration - particulaly Rory Mackenzie who lead the 300 riders to the cenotaph after covering the route on a handbike!!

I've almost reached my target but please give as much as you can.
