We both enjoy water sports and have experienced something of the power of the sea.

With this in mind we thought it would be a good idea to raise some cash for those brave volunteers who without consideration of personal safety or reward venture out in the worst of conditions in order to save the lives of others.

It makes finishing a marathon seem like a walk in the park.
